Eco-tourism is an ideology quickly gaining traction amongst environmentally concerned businesses and globetrotters alike, and Bali is no exception. Boasting some of the most stunning landscapes and cultural traditions in the world, it is no wonder that visitors to Bali continue to increase at an astonishing pace.

With this influx of people, however, comes a need to find a balance between competitive, high level service and environmental impact. Fortunately, as attention has been turned to exploring ways to preserve Bali’s delicate eco-system, a new industry has evolved to allow travellers to give back to the local community while leaving a minimal holiday footprint.
